Exciting things are happening in the heart of our community!

Construction is underway in the area where the former lake was located. This work marks Phase 1 of our Harbor Oaks outdoor renovation, and we’re excited to begin transforming this space into something new for everyone to enjoy.

The first phase focuses on landscape infill throughout the former lake bed area, creating a refreshed and natural green space for the community. This phase will also introduce a brand-new dog park, giving residents and their four-legged companions a dedicated place to play and enjoy the outdoors.

But that’s just the beginning. We’re excited to share a first look at Phase 2!

Phase 2: Walking Paths, Namaste Park & Water Features
The second phase will expand the space into a thoughtfully designed outdoor destination for residents.

New walking paths will wind throughout the former lakebed, providing a scenic route for walks, fresh air, and enjoying the surrounding landscape. One of these paths will lead directly to Namaste Park, a relaxing outdoor gathering space that will be located to the right of the leasing office if you are standing at the front door.

Namaste Park is planned to include comfortable seating, BBQ areas, and lawn games like cornhole - creating a welcoming spot for residents to unwind or connect with neighbors.

In addition, two water features will be centrally located within the former lakebed, paying homage to what was there previously, adding a calming visual element and enhancing the overall atmosphere of the space.
